Oxfam in Vietnam is currently seeking qualified national consultant(s) to conduct a Training of Trainers (TOT) on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in shrimp production for key resource persons of the Farmers’ Union in Kien Giang Province.
The objective of this consultancy is to strengthen the capacity and skills of key resource persons of Farmers’ Union in Kien Giang to deliver gender-sensitive training, communication, and technical support to farmers on effective OSH practices in shrimp production. Through the TOT, core trainers will be equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to: (i) Understand OSH principles and safe shrimp farming techniques; (ii) Design and deliver gender-sensitive training sessions for local farmers; (ii) Provide technical support to promote good OSH practices in shrimp farming with gender sensitivity.
